藏人行政中央司政边巴次仁于 7 月 9 日继续在拉达克展开第四天的访问行程，前往拉达克羌塘纽玛藏人定居点，实地视察社区基础设施，与当地藏人居民交流，并向社区民众发表讲话，就藏人社区福祉及未来发展提出勉励与展望。 从列城前往纽玛途中，司政首先视察了一块面积63卡纳尔（约7.9英亩）的土地。该土地由第九世提克赛阿旺蒋扬强巴丹增仁波切慷慨捐赠，计划作为未来迁建羌塘楚木尔藏人定居点之用，并为目前居住在列城、尚无永久住所的藏人家庭提供安置用地。 随后，司政途经马赫寺，视察寺院周边正在进行的建设工程，并与参与项目建设的相关人员进行了交流。 抵达羌塘纽玛藏人定居点后，司政一行受到该定居点主管更饶多杰及社区民众的热情迎接。午餐后，司政实地走访社区住宅区，并视察各项正在推进的社区建设项目。 期间，司政还前往羌塘藏人学校参访。该校目前设有幼儿园至小学三年级，目前约有70名学生就读。司政与师生亲切交流，视察教室、学生宿舍及图书馆等设施，并与校方管理人员及教职员工就学校运作情况及未来发展需求进行了深入讨论。 随后，司政徒步巡视纽玛藏人定居点，之后前往羌塘寺礼佛，受到寺院住持热情接待。随后，他还参观了乔斯托博物馆，进一步了解当地宗教文化及历史传承。 当日下午，司政在羌塘社区礼堂向当地藏人社区发表讲话。他首先回顾了“慈悲年”圆满结束的重要意义，并谈及第十四世达赖喇嘛尊者长期以来给予藏人的慈悲引导，勉励当地藏人在加强社区内部团结的同时，与周边各族群保持和谐友好的关系。 回顾自己历次访问羌塘地区的经历时，司政重申，藏人行政中央将继续秉持负责任施政原则，切实回应藏人社区的实际需求。他介绍，目前正持续就拉达克地区土地问题与相关主管部门保持沟通协商，并强调应着眼未来，通过提升教育机会、加强社区机构建设及推动长远发展，为年轻一代创造更好的成长环境。 谈及社区未来发展时，司政特别强调自力更生的重要性，鼓励社区居民积极发展可持续生计和创业项目，指出经济自主是建设具有韧性和可持续发展能力的藏人定居社区的重要基础。 司政同时宣布，藏人行政中央内政部长巴登顿珠将于未来数月赴拉达克展开公务访问，进一步视察各藏人定居点，与当地居民深入交流，并了解社区当前面临的问题及未来发展重点。 当天的公务行程中，拉达克地方藏人议会议长敦珠次仁、拉达克图伯特儿童村主任丹增热旦、项目官员丹增索巴及藏人行政中央驻拉达克首席办公室工作人员全程陪同司政出席各项活动。 记者：次仁                责编：蒋扬 《图伯特之页》首发，转载请注明出处 The post 司政边巴次仁视察拉达克羌塘纽玛藏人定居点 first appeared on CTA Official Site in Chinese.
