The Association of Tibetans in Germany (five regions) and the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts (TIPA), through a joint initiative of the Tibet Bureau Geneva, made their first participation in the internationally renowned festival in Berlin. The Tibetan community paraded under the theme “Year of Compassion,” celebrating the Dalai Lama’s 90th birthday.
