Taipei: Taiwan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Lin Chia- Lung Congratulates Sikyong Penpa Tsering on the latter’s re-election as Sikyong of the 17th Kashag of Central Tibetan Administration.
On behalf of the Government of the Republic of China (Taiwan), Minister Lin extended his warmest congratulations on the re-election and inauguration of the Sikyong of the Central Tibetan Administration.
