Sikyong Penpa Tsering Addresses the 30th Founding Anniversary of Tibet Times

Dharamshala: Sikyong Penpa Tsering today attended the 30th founding anniversary of Tibet Times, a Tibetan news media organisation based in Dharamshala, at Gangchen Kyishong as its chief guest. The gathering was also attended by representatives of prominent Tibetan news media organisations and Tibetan NGOs in Dharamshala, as well as supporters, including veteran Indian journalist and Tibet supporter Vijay Kranti.
