Dharamshala: Sikyong Penpa Tsering attended the closing ceremony of the four-day International Conference on Sino-Tibet Relations, organised by the Centre for Middle Way Initiative at the Administrative Training and Welfare Society, on 29 June 2026.
The Conference brought together more than 50 participants, consisting of both Tibetan and non-Tibetan, from various regions to deliberate on prospects of Sino-Tibet dialogue through Middle Way Approach, a policy that was envisioned by His Holiness the Dalai Lama and unanimously adopted by the Tibetan Parliament in Exile as the official stand of the Central Tibetan Administration in resolving the Tibet-China conflict.
