Public Service Commission Concludes Three-Day Refresher Training of Trainers Programme

Dharamshala: The Public Service Commission (PSC), Central Tibetan Administration, concluded a three-day Refresher Training of Trainers (ToT) Programme held from 28 to 30 at Dhauladhar Heights, Dharamshala. The programme was conducted by Consultant Vivek Sharma.

A total of 15 participants, comprising eight males and seven females, attended the programme.

The objective of the programme was to refresh participants’ knowledge of adult learning, the training cycle, and the role of an effective trainer. The programme also focused on preparing training objectives, session plans, training materials, activities, assessments, and presentations.
