Dharamshala: Sikyong Penpa Tsering, in accordance with Article 22 of the Charter of Tibetans in Exile, nominated six Kalon (Minister) candidates during the First Session of the 18th Tibetan Parliament in Exile on 2 June 2026. The nominees were duly elected by the Tibetan Parliament in Exile.
Following the administration of the Oath of Office and Secrecy to the newly elected Kalons earlier this morning, on 3 June 2026, Sikyong assigned the portfolios of the Kashag as follows:
