Dharamshala: The Political Secretary of the Kashag, Tashi Gyatso Shadrong, has officially assumed charge as Cabinet Secretary (pro tem) of the Central Tibetan Administration.
To mark the transfer of responsibilities, a handover ceremony was held at the Cabinet Secretariat. The event signified the transition of duties from the former Cabinet Secretary, Tsegyal Chukya Dranyi, to the interim Cabinet Secretary, Tashi Gyatso Shadrong. Representing the Kashag, Secretary Jigme Tsering of the Kashag Secretariat’s Documents Classification and Interim Placement Section attended the ceremony as an official witness.
