The Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) has completed its first-ever All-Women International Expedition successfully to Mt Everest.
With the first summit at 6:52 am on May 21, a 14-memeber team, including 11 women climbers, and 3 technical and support members, reached the top, marking a historic milestone in the mountaineering legacy.
The women climbers summited the Everest via the South Col route from the Nepal side, as per the ITBP.
