His Holiness the Dalai Lama today granted an audience to a delegation of Dalai Lama Fellows at his official residence, emphasizing the critical role of compassionate leadership in tackling 21st-century global challenges. The international delegation, led by eminent scholar and principal translator Geshe Thupten Jinpa, PhD, comprised young leaders representing 24 countries, alongside a significant contingent of Indian students. The Dalai Lama Fellows (DLF) program operates on a distinct "Head, Heart, and Hands" leadership framework, prioritizing emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and resilience among grassroots changemakers. Unlike traditional leadership initiatives, the program focuses on the internal well-being and personal transformation of the innovators themselves, aiming to create a ripple effect of sustainable social impact across global communities.
