17th May 2026 marks 31 years of enforced disappearance of the 11th Panchen lama, Jetsun Tenzin Gedhun Yeshi Trinley Phuntsok Pal Sangpo well known as Gedhun Choekyi Nyima. Gedhun Choekyi Nyima was abducted by the Chinese authorities on 17th May 1995 along with his parents, since then the world has been asking China one question, where is the 11th Panchen Lama, Gedhun Choekyi Nyima?
