ཕྱི་ལོ་ ༢༠༢༦ ཟླ་༧ ཚེས་ ༩ ཉིན་ཨ་རིའི་ནེའུ་ཡོག་ཏུ་རྟེན་གཞི་བྱས་པའི་འཛམ་གླིང་མཉམ་འབྲེལ་རྒྱལ་ཚོགས་མདུན་དུ་རྒྱ་གཞུང་ལ་ངོ་རྒོལ་གནང་མཁན་བོད་མི་ལས་འགུལ་བ་གསུམ་འཛིན་བཟུང་བྱས་འདུག བོད་མི་ལས་འགུལ་བ་གསུམ་པོ་ནི་བསྟན་འཛིན་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལགས་དང་། བསྟན་འཛིན་ཚེ་བརྟན་ལགས། ཚེ་ལྷ་ལགས་བཅས་གསུམ་་ཡིན་འདུག་ཅིང་། རྗེས་སུ་ལས་འགུལ་བ་གསུམ་པོ་ས་གནས་ཉེན་རྟོག་པས་འཛིན་བཟུང་བྱས་འདུག Three Tibetan youth activists from Students for a Free Tibet (SFT) chained themselves to the gates of the United Nations headquarters in New York City on July 9, exactly one week after Tibetan independence advocate Lobga Rangzen’s self-immolation at the same location. The activists demanded that the UN and High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk break their silence on Tibet. All three were later arrested by the NYPD as Tibetans gathered nearby in solidarity.
