Additional Secretary Dekyi Dolker Assumes Charge as Acting Secretary of the Election Commission

Dharamshala: Additional Secretary Dekyi Dolker officially assumed charge as the Acting Secretary of the Election Commission, Central Tibetan Administration, earlier today on 24 September 2026 from the outgoing Secretary Lobsang Choedak.

The handing-over ceremony was held in the presence of Chief Election Commissioner, Lobsang Yeshi. During the ceremony, official documents, stationery, and financial records were formally transferred to the incoming Acting Secretary Dekyi Dolkar.
