Dharamshala: The 32nd Governing Body Meeting of the Tibetan Voluntary Health Association (TVHA) was held on 30 June 2026 under the chairmanship of Pema Tso (Kalon), Chairperson of the Governing Body.
The meeting commenced with a welcome address by Dekyi Dolkar, Additional Secretary of the department, who welcomed all members and introduced the newly appointed Governing Body member to the Chairperson. She also presented the agenda for the meeting. In her opening remarks, Chairperson Pema Tso (Kalon), shared that she had completed four weeks in office as Kalon.
