The group consists of 14 Tibetan participants, including two Tibetan mothers and 12 other activists, who are undertaking the long-distance walk to promote the Tibetan independence movement and raise awareness of their call for an independent Tibet. Organized by the Tibetan National Congress (TNC), the initiative honors Pawo Lobga Rangzen and highlights the participants’ commitment to Tibetan independence and the Tibetan cause.
